Your day starts off with a trip to the local market (morning tour only) where you'll be instructed on how to choose the ingredients correctly as well as get the items you need for the days cooking ahead. You will cook four delicious Thai courses, each one from scratch with a professional chef. Dishes include tom yum (hot and sour soup), pad thai (stir-fried rice noodles), sweet and sour stir-fry with rice and khao neow ma muang (mango sticky rice) .

Guided by the chefs, you'll be able to properly create these great dishes and develop new skills! You will even be able to enjoy the very meal you create. Take home this priceless Thai cuisine knowledge as your best souvenir!

The class runs 3 times a day so you have a great choice to enjoy breakfast lunch of dinner!
