Facilitators are all trained in Lego Serious Play, an innovative process developed to enhance creative thinking and increase business performance. The methodology is based on research that shows that modelling in a physical way leads to a deeper understanding of the ideas being conveyed, and supports an effective dialogue without the fear of treading on personal feelings. We have worked with group sizes from as small as 1 to as large as three hundred.

During the problem-solving process, participants are guided through a series of questions, probing further and further into the subject. Each participant builds their own 3D Lego model in response to the facilitator’s questions, which are tailored to each workshop. These models then serve as a platform for problem solving, group discussion and decision making, guiding participants into free and honest exchanges of opinions.
